Good beautiful Saturday morning all. Even though the skies are cloudy and looks as if it can rain, God has blessed us once again with a beautiful day! Just can't get over how great God truly is and still standing in the faith that He will get me to where HE wants me - not myself but HIM. God truly humbled me this morning and it got me thinking about today's blog topic. As I stated in yesterday's blog, I had stopped writing because Satan had convinced me that no one reads the blog and why do it. This morning as I was retrieving the blog, God made me realize I am doing what HE wants. I became very humbled as I saw that there had been twenty-two views. I couldn’t believe it! In that moment God made me see that before when I was writing that yes I was writing for Him BUT the thing was I did not give Him thanks or credit for all who were reading it. I had become very “PROUD”, I wasn’t humbled that people actually were reading it but Satan had me believing NO one was reading it thus why continue it. Well let me say this….it doesn’t matter how many people read but if you can minister to at least one person, then it should be all worth the time in which God leads you to put a blog or do whatever it is together. In James 4:6 states:

                “But he gives us more grace. That is why scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.”

When you are doing something for God are proud and boastful as I have been or do you humble yourself before God Almighty and give all the credit to Him? For me the lesson is that even though I might have thought I was humbling myself and giving God the credit, I was being proud and boastful; not giving God the credit. Therefore I say to all of you this- when you are doing something or God has led you to do something make sure you give Him ALL the credit. Take none of it for yourself because when you give Satan an inch….He will take a complete mile.
